Winery:

Bodegas de Santo Tomás is one of Mexico’s oldest and most historic wineries, founded in Baja California in 1888. Located in the renowned Valle de Santo Tomás, the winery is known for producing expressive wines that reflect the region’s warm days, cool coastal influence and mineral-rich soils. With over a century of winemaking heritage, Santo Tomás combines tradition and modern expertise to create authentic Mexican wines with character, elegance and a true sense of place.

Region:

Baja California is Mexico’s leading wine region, home to the country’s most celebrated valleys, including Valle de Guadalupe, Valle de Santo Tomás and Valle de San Vicente. Shaped by warm sunshine, coastal breezes from the Pacific and diverse soils, the region produces expressive wines with freshness, character and depth. Today, Baja California is at the heart of Mexico’s modern wine movement, combining Mediterranean-style conditions with a distinctive Mexican identity.
