Colour: Clear and bright straw-yellow color with a waxy
hue.
Nose: Complex aromas and medium intensity.
Outstanding notes of pineapple, peach, juniper,
golden apple, banana, and sweet grapefruit,
followed by a hint of chamomile and orange
blossom.
Taste: Intense, fresh, and with low alcohol. Well
structured wine with round body. The aftertaste
highlights notes of white flowers, tangerine, and
nectarine that favors a pleasant and persistent
finish.
Food Pairings: Sushi, creamy cheese, mixed berries tart, mexican
potosi, enchilada.
