Colour: Crystal-clear, pale lemon-yellow colour
with a greenish hue.
Nose: High aromatic intensity, with clear tropical flavors
like guava, pineapple, passion fruit, white flowers
like magnolias, and citric notes, lemon-lime.
Taste: Dry, fresh, with low alcohol, and gentle body. Its
aromas still remind us of citrus, pineapple, guava,
and white flowers with a long-lasting, savoury
finish.
Food Pairings: Ceviche, tacos al pastor, smoked clams.
