Bodegas de Santo Tomás Merlot 2023 was a really enjoyable wine and one I’d happily recommend to others. Smooth, easy to drink, and full of rich fruit flavours without being overpowering. It had a nice balance to it and paired brilliantly with food, but was just as enjoyable on its own. For the price point, it feels like a wine that punches above its weight. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy a good Merlot.
